CariFin Team Manager of the Year – 09
The CariFin team manager of the year is an accolade or title as it suggest – for the best team manager of the year in CariFin for that particular year.
In the first place what we are looking for by establishing this category basically is to honor – the team manager – that was responsible for bringing the most participants/supporters to the CariFin events.
Each Institution is different, so each team manager must be creative and innovative in different ways to bring out their staff. And to the extent that they are successful and are able to bring out their staff we would like to honor them.
We looked at the figures from the Urban Challenge, The Torch Run, Cricket, Football, All Fours and at Sevilla Family Day.
Clearly and too many people’s observation the person and institution that were able to show that level of
consistency and effortlessly able to pull this off was First Citizen’s and their team leader – Dale Mohammed.
It was a hard series of events and it took a lot of effort, leadership and other resources to keep the First Citizen’s flag and colors to the forefront of activities and at the end being able to bring out the most participants.
CariFin organizing committee together with rest of the CariFin family would like to congratulate Mr. Mohammed on his hard work and commitment to ideals of fun, Fitness and friendship.
CariFin Internet Radio Show – The Fun, Fitness and Friendship Podcast caught up with dale Mohammed – Team manager. We took the opportunity to field some questions to him about his team’s participation in CariFin.
