Lets Look at Running Technique
Hi take a look at this concept in running, one that is based on using gravity as the force or energy to move you forward horizontally against the one where you are landing on your heel, bouncing up and down and generally using your own internally generated energy to carry you forward.
What do you think.... Does this have any merit in your opinion?
Is this just a lot of trash or does it has some scientific basis?
